The Fibonacci sequence is created by taking the sum of the prior two whole numbers. 0+1= 1; 1+1-2, 2+1=3 . . . etc.

The playlist is a three-song circuit. Each circuit has one song for cadence, intervals and endurance. The goal is to connect with your body to attack each song/drill differently. "Pedal diversity" as we call it.
After our two hour class on Saturday and FTP testing the week before, we’re ready to start anew. The next two months will bring a focus on cadence and breathing. This week’s playlist is a three song circuit: interval, sprint, build. The goal is to ask our legs different questions.
Dave Slikker will start the ride at 10AM. We’ll ride for about 57 minutes, take a 5 minute break, then 57 minutes til the end. ‘Effort over time’. That is our goal. If possible, bring a USB drive to capture your results. You can upload them and get some pretty cool stats.
